The rooms are magnificent and clean and the view is simply stunning! The breakfast area is quite big, and there is a lot of choice... The Pho was amazing, however the sandwich bread can not be toasted and the spaghetti tastes like sweet ketchup sauce.... We also were waiting to be served but the worker barely looked up when we came in. He only came to bake eggs after a while.... Amazing value with decent amenities. The room is very spacious and provides a city view from it's wide windows. It features a closet and even a bathtub - a rarity in Vietnam.

The lobby doesn't leave a very good impression, as it's dark and quite ugly. The room did show some age in wear and scratches in many surfaces. Small stains and marks can be spotted. Non smoking room smells like cigarette smoke, the ppl next door are smoking. Front desk said sorry oh well.

Tv has no service...front desk said other room has tv even after their own staff tried ours and realized we have no tv service...

The POOL is NOT connected to the hotel, you literally have to leave this hotel walk outside to another building.

May I recommend don't waste your money here, maybe support a home stay someone who cares about how you are treated.
