Coffee Phong — Restaurant in Ninh Bình

The spaghetti sauce was sickly sweet. I should have known, as this seems to be a reoccurring theme of tomato based pasta sauces that I received over here. The other dish I had contained chicken which was way overcooked, and bread. So the food I had was horrible. The drink, an avacado smoothie, was good. The atmosphere at the shop was white people smoking inside, kids being noisy inside and a bird imitating the high pitched scream of the children in exacting perfection. No problems with service, except staff seemed more interested in their telephone than in customers. I just can't see returning to...

This is my favourite restaurant in Ninh Binh! Recommended to me by my hotel owner.The food is so delicious and excellent value. Offering pizza, spaghetti, fried rice, salads, fried noodles and noodle soup! The service is quick and the owner, Hoa speaks both English and Vietnamese! She is so friendly, helpful and has her restaurant very clean. What a lovely place to visit for a drink or a meal after a day on a boat at either Trang An World Natural Heritage or Tam Coc! I wish to highly recommend Coffee...

Pizza was tiny, fried chicken,vegetable with vermicelli was not vermicelli and had no flavour or sauce or herbs or spices ....bland and tasteless. Spaghetti bolognaise had no tomato. Iced chocolate came hot, we told them it was supposed to be iced chocolate, it came back moments later in a tumbler with ice, still hot. Coke and beer were fine. Would not go there again...
