(+)||Amazing value for money! Pool is small but nice & very well decorated with expensive furniture. Beautiful & cozy hotel in overall.||Room is spacious with fridge, wardrobe with many hangers, 2 desks and 2 beds (1 queen, 1 single).||One part of the wardrobe can be locked, which is good for your belongings.||Bathroom is also quite spacious with shower separation so you don't spread water everywhere on the floor.||The reception lady is really sweet and helpful. You can rent a motorbike for 180K VND per day (negotiated 160K for many days).||Wifi speed was decent.||(-)||The hotel is a little bit isolated. It is perfect if you plan to rent a motorbike or if u don't mind using regularly taxis.||There is no real beach nearby - if you go west to the nearest beach, it's actually full of fishing boats. The pool regularly has some dirt on the surface.||Shower water takes some time to become warm. The bed mattress is hard.||Surprisingly the staff seems to wake up at 7 am, making noise, playing music and shouting. They should be more careful for their customers who want to sleep. After spending a month travelling around Vietnam, we wanted a nice relaxing hotel when we got to phu quoc and we couldn't of chose a better one. Everything was perfect In this hotel. The staff were were friendly, the spacious room was immaculate, flat screen tv, modern shower, huge bed, mini fridge, air con, complementary drinks and shower gels and an outdoor pool which was very clean. Everything seemed brand new, definately worth the money. The only downfall if we had to pick was the location, there were no restaurants/ bars near by so if you stay here you will most definately need to rent a scooter. Other than this we can not fault. Upon my arrival, recieved a warm welcome by staff who spoke some english which was awesome for a small village/town. Check-in with no issues and they went well out of their way to accomadate special requests & needs. Staff made things easy and kid friendly for those traveling with children. Wifi internet was suprisingly fast and the AC was cold enough. The rooms were clean and turn down service was fair. For a location that was out of the city . This hotel met my expectations.
