Hill Star Hotel Phu Quoc — Hotel in Phú Quốc

In a general matter, the hotel is okey. The room are very spacious and pretty clear instruction to go there.

Now, the hotel looks slightly oldish that the pictures. we entered the hotel and we were facing a very cute lady that was not expecting us for the check-in. She had to call the manager of the hotel that was also surprised to hear us. There were som ants in the room but it was during the rainy season - we sprayed them with the product that was given by the lady. The hotel was empty so it was totally quiet. The hot water really took some times to arrive we let the water run for 5 minutes before feeeling it hot. There is a space with a kitchen and everything to cook if needed. There is free use of a washing machine and you can buy some laundry product at the reception for 5000 for a single use. The pool is located outside of the hotel so need to walk for a minute and pass in a small street with local people. The pool location is beautiful with some trees.
