Review of the nightclub

My visit to this nightclub was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had. I came with a friend who ordered himself a beer. For some personal reasons, I didn't want to order anything yet. It would seem that this is absolutely normal, because I am a customer and I have the right to decide what to order and when. But no, the club administration seems to think otherwise.

An administrator approached me with extremely aggressive and unacceptable behavior. Without explaining any reasons, he demanded that I leave the institution immediately. To my perfectly reasonable question: "Why?", he simply repeated his demand, without bothering to give a single clear explanation.

I wanted to resolve the situation and asked to invite a senior manager to sort out this absurd conflict. However, instead of a constructive dialogue, the administrator decided to call security to "solve" the problem by force. Apparently, they don't know how or don't want to work with clients here, preferring to intimidate them with security instead of civilized communication.

Not only does this approach to guests demonstrate complete disrespect, it is also absolutely unacceptable behavior for a place that, it would seem, should be about guests, entertainment and comfort. Instead, I felt humiliated and insulted.

If you want to get to a place where you are treated with disdain, they are ready to expel you because of the slightest dissatisfaction of the staff and instead of communicating they invite security guards, then you are here. I will never come here again, and I categorically do not recommend this place to anyone.

Music is way too loud, you pay 1,000,000 VND for 4 small Heineken beers, a few bored girls are sitting inside playing with their cell phones, at least two pushy waiters are standing next to the tables and refilling every minute so that the drinks are served as quickly as possible are empty and you have to order something more. Worst club I've ever been to. You can only order by exiting the venue and they only have beers (???). The club was empty when we arrived but we still went in and then they closed it in 30-40 minutes. It's mandatory to purchase drinks to enter. Why would you still be letting people in if you're closing so soon? Literally the worst club and a big waste of time.
