The Minh Tam restaurant in Phu Quoc is undoubtedly the best vegetarian restaurant on the island. I frequent it regularly and every visit is simply exceptional. Although the staff doesn't speak English, they are friendly. The cuisine is of exceptional quality, delicious with every bite. The atmosphere is pleasant and the decor is tastefully chosen. However, a downside is the use of plastic straws, contributing to the ecological issue of this beautiful island.
Nevertheless, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch vegetarian dining experience...

Even though we were very close to the close time of the restaurant, they still served us. Since we were the only ones there, the food came fast. We ordered two soups, some noodles, and fried spring rolls. We also ordered some fried rice, which was all great. The soups could have been better though, with more spices, vegetables and tofu. Well, this restaurant certainly deserves a detour for anyone visiting Phú Quốc. I’ve visited the place several times during each stay on the island, and each experience was an excellent one.
The food is consistently varied, fresh and tasty, pricing reasonable. One point for improvement is service attitude. Staff is rather bland and absentminded. A bit more of a smile would make the place...
