Wave Sound Beach House Phu Quoc — Hotel in Phú Quốc

Absolutely breathtaking!!! If you’re looking for a beach bungalow that you can see gorgeous sunsets, this is it!!! Ten feet from the beach. Has great A/C that you can control the temperature (it gets really cold). They have a mini fridge that is stock at a price you can’t beat. Free water, as much as you need. The owners/ family members live here and they are wonderful people!!! They will Grill / Hot Pot / Cook for you , if you just ask. They took my wife to stock up on coconuts. They also took her to get crabs and fish that they boiled and grilled for us. They have scooters (I think we hand a 150cc) that you can rent at a really cheap price. Also, they have a TV that streams and you can watch NETFLIX and all the others that stream in English language. The pictures that are posted are real. This is definitely a hidden gem!!! Location is perfect, right in the middle of the island. We will be coming back!!!

Staying at Wave Sound Phu Quoc was such a peaceful and refreshing experience. The resort is tucked away in nature, with stunning ocean views and a quiet, laid-back vibe that’s perfect for recharging. The bungalows are cozy and thoughtfully decorated, and I loved waking up to the sound of the waves each morning.

One of the unexpected highlights? Pizza delivery from Midori Restaurant in Ong Lang! I was craving something comforting one evening, and the staff recommended Midori’s pizza – and wow, they weren’t kidding. It was absolutely delicious – wood-fired, perfectly crispy, and made with fresh, flavorful ingredients. Honestly, one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Vietnam!

Excellent stay away from the tourists, yet still close to the Phu Quoc city. Local markets 1 min walk. Night markets 10min walk. Beach is on your door step and cleaned by the staff every day. Small beach house, so quiet. Sunsets are magical from the deck. Rooms are super clean and spacious. Bathroom modern and sparkeling. They clean the room daily. Most staff dont speak english yet google translate works and they are all sooooo lovely. Rented a scooter from the for a great rate and its all shiney and new. I ended up staying an additional 4 nights. Loved it.
