Hưng Nguyên Guest House — Hotel in Phan Thiết City

I didn't expect anything as the room costs quite low (around 400k dong a night for a standard 2-person room with hot water, tv, ac, wifi, refrigerator) but I left very satisfied with the property and the service. The lady owner was very very nice and helpful and she also has a store next to the guest house (Hung Nguyen Shop).||||The location is very great as well.||- 5-minute walk to Futa Bus Stop in Mui Ne.||- 1-minute walk to the entry point of the Fairy Stream (Suoi Tien).||- 40-minute drive to the Bau Trang (White Sand Dunes)||- Beach pretty much everywhere you go||- Cafes and restaurants pretty much everywhere you go||||And the room was very clean and comfortable as well. Only thing is that the wifi is sometimes a bit slow when you're inside the room. Other than that, this was such a good for value...

Very new guesthouse! With new, good quality and good price a/c room, bed, toilet, shower. The lady is very nice, always smiling although she doesn't speak good English. But other staffs would help to translate our conversation! She helped me to book a half day tour and bus with reasonable price. Near the beach and fairy stream! Far away from the main resorts and restaurants so it was quiet which is good for me....

This is a guesthouse with large rooms, some have balconies, and the nicest family.
