I recently had the pleasure of staying at a resort with beachfront property, and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning views and luxurious rooms this resort had to offer.

Our family recently stayed in the Premium Pool View room at Le Viva Resort in Mui Ne, and it was an excellent experience.

The location of our room, just steps from the pool and only a few meters from the restaurant, made it ideal for families with kids. The room itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We appreciated the separate, generously-sized shower room and toilet, which added to the comfort. The mini-bar offerings were reasonably priced, a rare and welcome touch.

The restaurant at the resort is beautiful and spacious, offering a pleasant outlook. Breakfast included a delicious variety of Vietnamese and Asian dishes. While there weren’t many Western options, we were here to enjoy the local cuisine, and the spread didn’t disappoint. An added bonus was the complimentary afternoon tea served during the week, which offered a lovely selection of snacks and drinks—a delightful touch for guests looking to relax in the afternoon.

The staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which added to the overall positive experience.

Le Viva Resort is in the heart of Mui Ne, surrounded by a great selection of seafood restaurants and cafés. It’s also a convenient 5-minute walk to the Fairy Stream and close to other attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.

The beach in front of the resort is cleaned every morning by the staff, making it a pleasant and inviting place to relax. Watching the sunset here was truly stunning and one of the highlights of our stay.

The resort is very family-focused, making it a fantastic choice for those traveling with children.

However, one area for improvement would be addressing the issue of guests reserving sunbeds with personal belongings in the morning and not using them until much later in the day. This practice was frustrating for other guests and could be better managed by the resort.

Please don't ever book your stay at this resort if you don't want to ruin your vacation. Reached by a review video on TikTok featuring their "infinity pool" and a corner of the room. Trusted and booked on booking.com. This resort starred themselve as 4 stars with 8.7 average review which is not bad at all. Arrived at 12:30, the check-in counter was a mess. Not even call it the lobby or reception because it is not, just a temporary room with messy counter and tables. Was told to stay at the restaurant while waiting for the room ready. I mentioned, emphasized, reminded the receptionist multiple times that I'm travelling with a baby so might need a room for the baby to sleep after a 3-hour trip. We waited until 13:36 the room was ready. The receptionist called and told me that there would be a golf cart coming to pick us up. Waited for 20 mins no one came though noticed 3-4 carts kept passing by the restaurant. I managed to catch one after walking myself to the reception. We checked in the room was terrible. Far worse than what you can find online. Terribly old furniture with moldish kinda old weird smell. Very bad maintenance and messy setup. With that standard it is not even worth 3 stars rating. You can clearly hear people talking outside or in the room next door. There are a few constructions around so you can feel the dust.
