Elegant Hotel — Hotel in Pleiku

Very dirty hotel. It also constantly smelt bad. No fresh air gets inside this hotel. People are also allowed to smoke inside, which is not nice for non-smokers. The bathroom smelt disgusting! My bathroom smelt like sewage and the door always had to be closed or else I would vomit. The hotel is very dark and poorly lit. There is a dining room downstairs but why I don't know because they don't sell food. At the end of my stay I wanted to pay by card and they said their card machine was broken, I should walk to the bank and draw money. I said no, they should warn people before checking in that they have no card facilities, not inconvenience them like this when they check out and have flights to catch. Hi just arrived here at the hotel, welcomed by the police, heath authority due to the virus scare, I have no problem with that,anyways got to my room, first smell, musty, damp...lucky I have got 2 double beds, because one one the bed, not white sheet, blood on, so I swapped the pillows, sheets about so I got a clean bed now, notice some orther guest hair on floor also, shower is very low, good for small people not for me,... Not impressed about...
