My family stayed in 5 different rooms at Lucien. The service was attentive and polite. All staff was very friendly, helpful, and sweet. The hotel is located in what I would consider the less touristy area, and that was perfect. If you truly want an authentic experience of Vietnam life, live among the locals, eat at the street stands, and stay at Lucien. Their rooms are modern, big, budget friendly, and their staff is always quick to respond. I was able to eat the best food. Lucien Hotel in Quy Nhon is a fantastic experience. Firstly, we'd like to commend the responsiveness of the staff as they accommodated our early check-in request. Our room was incredibly cozy and warmly lit. The spacious bathroom with both a shower and bathtub was a major plus. The hotel's central location made it convenient to access everything in Quy Nhon. We appreciated the option to rent motorbikes and the ample parking space. The high ceiling in the room added to the overall sense of comfort and openness. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was highly accommodating when we requested additional pillows, towels, and hangers.
