room had a soft bed and the shower was alright and that’s about all I can say for this one. we were woken up by staff and other Vietnamese tourist at 5am which genuinely shocked me and was horrifyingly rude but I just assumed maybe it was a cultural thing but still so rude. We called the front desk to ask them to ask the other tourist to be quiet and they did not. Finally I left my room and raised my voice at them telling them to be quiet after an hour or so of intense screaming from them which is when they finally stopped, but at that point our entire tour group was awake on the only day we had to sleep in which ruined my entire view of the hotel. I know other tourist can’t be controlled but the front desk should have stepped in and told them to be quiet. Additionally, when we checked in our roomed REEKED of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. As one of my roommates have severe asthma, this was very hard for her and we had to switch rooms. Another group turned on the AC and it smelled of gasoline fumes which was scary and dangerous for the guests and staff. They rooms had a lot of hair on the floors and in the bed which wasn’t ours as it was dark black and we have red and blonde hair. Room was clean and comfortable. Room service was timely and good as well. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful with recommendations, and calling for the taxi van. Location is good too - there is a convenience store right next door, and it is close to the city Center, with lots of good food places around. I'd recommend Bun ca Hoa Lư for authentic, fresh and satisfying Bun Ça (Vietnamese fish soup noodles) and bánh xèo tôm nhảy Gia Vỹ for the BEST fried pancake rolls ever!

But I think the highlight is definitely its close proximity to the beach. Woke up early one morning to catch the sun rise and soak my feet in the sea, and all I had to do was cross the road😎

Tôi rất thất vọng về trải nghiệm tại đây. Trên hình ảnh và quảng cáo, căn hộ trông hiện đại và sạch sẽ, nhưng thực tế thì khác hẳn. Căn hộ có nhiều thiếu sót, từ trang thiết bị không đầy đủ đến tình trạng vệ sinh chưa được đảm bảo. Sau khi nhận phòng, chủ nhà hoàn toàn không liên lạc lại trong nhiều ngày, mặc dù đã để lại số điện thoại. Điều này gây cảm giác bị bỏ rơi và không được hỗ trợ.

Điểm duy nhất tích cực là vị trí gần biển, nhưng ngoài điều đó thì dịch vụ và sự chăm sóc khách hàng rất kém. Với mức giá này, tôi kỳ vọng nhiều hơn. Tôi không khuyên bạn nên chọn nơi này nếu bạn mong đợi sự thoải mái và dịch vụ chuyên nghiệp.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. In the photos and advertisements, the apartment looked modern and clean, but the reality was quite different. The unit had several issues, from missing or poorly maintained facilities to questionable cleanliness. After check-in, the host disappeared for several days and did not respond, despite leaving a phone number. This left us feeling abandoned and without support.
