Hà Thành Hotel — Hotel in Vĩnh Phúc Province

I only stayed for one night, so I'll keep this brief. The whole hotel is very old, like it hasn't changed much since the French colonial era. The receptionist was hardly ever there; we had to shout for them to come. The room felt damp, possibly due to the weather, but it wasn't even the rainy season. They lock the hotel from night until 6:50 in the morning, so I couldn't go for an early stroll. The hotel is not outstanding, but it is a good choice due to its location. It is near all facilities such as restaurants, bars, and shops while being far from the karaoke in the park every night until 23h. When you are in the hotel it does not diturb you. I did not try the restaurant of the hotel, but they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is old, but clean and even if the bathroom is little, it is enough for a couple and the time we stayed there. Minus Star... We booked 5 rooms via Agoda, when we check in they said no such booking and increase the price from 5 rooms VND 5,000,000 to squeeze all in one big room with VND 3,000,000 and no room available... This is terrible and irresponsible hotel. Understand hotel went through 2 years of covid bad situation but should not do business...
