Huong Son Hotel Tam Dao — Hotel in Vĩnh Phúc Province

Travelled around Vietnam by car. When I arrived to Tam Dao, I stopped to check some hotels on the app. Several young guys approached me and persuaded to rent a room in Huong Son hotel. They showed me 4 variants: 400 k, 500 k, 600 k and 1 mln VND rooms. I chose 1 mln VND room. I shouldn’t have done it. At the first sglance the room looked cozy and there was even a mini jacuzzi in the bathroom. After having taking bath, I wanted to read some news and have rest after a long ride. Suddenly I revealed that the AC didn’t cool down well enough, so, I decided to change the temperature but the batteries in the remote control were expired. I tried to switch on the fan but it didn’t work. When I called the manager first time he answered and didn’t come to help. After that the manager just ignored my calls. As far as it was hot, I still needed help. I had to go downstairs and ask to change batteries. The receptionist told me that the manager had been sleeping at that moment, that’s why he ignored the calls and the situation as the whole. Long story short - they couldn’t change the batteries in the remote control, they couldn’t fix the fan. They just offered me another room for the same price but with worse conditions - smaller and without the bathtub, just shower as in the cheaper variants. By the way, WiFi disappeared pretty soon, so I had to use my own traffic from the sim card. As a result of the disrespect and neglectful behavior from the hotel manager to the guests, my evening was spoiled. If you don’t want to spoil your trip around Tam Dao, I highly recommended to avoid this hotel. There are lots of other hotels around and I regret that I let those guys persuade me to stay in...

Thứ nhất là em cảm ơn chủ đã tạo cơ hội giảm giá từ 700 xuống 500 vì hết phòng đơn nên lấy phòng đôi. (view bể bơi) thứ 2 điểm cộng nữa là nhà vệ sinh trang thiết bị khá sạch sẽ và hiện đại nhưng đây là khách sạn mà không có xà bông và xà phòng tắm. thứ 3 điểm trừ là phòng ngủ không dùng được đèn ngủ, không dùng được ti vi, không có lược chải tóc nếu nữ ở mà gội đầu thì rất khó khăn, nền khá bẩn vì chắc ít lau dọn. điểm trừ cuối cùng là không có dép đi lại trong phòng. nên để 1 đôi trong nhà tắm và 2 đôi ở ngoài, nhiều khách rất muốn giữ vệ sinh phòng sạch sẽ khi mình ở nhưng không có dép riêng, di chuyển từ trong nhà tắm ra bẩn hết sàn. không hay Xin trân trọng đưa ra ít ý...
