Belas Shopping — Local services in Luanda Province

The management of Belas shopping is extremely poor, I feel sorry for the poor disadvantaged Angolan people.

If you didn't know, the management don't allow anyone to eat/drink at the public Area, they say the Restaurant are playing rent for such but that is abuse because every store here are paying rent including shoprite .

So if u bring from outside this specific shop you not allowed to seat without eating I had to buy few thing at kfc to seat , yet they don't devide the seats . This we would know that eat belong to certain stores only. Belas shopping better create public area where anyone can seat, eat or drink regardless of where they bought their food.

Belas shopping tem de mudar e Pensar nos cidadã em geral como è possivel um shopping nao ter patio publico, as rendas que ti pagam nas lojas nao ti chega? Se nao fala , Reserva um espaso pra nos que nao queromos cumer KFC etc vamos...

This place needs a lot of revamp if it wants to stay relevant, many other Shopping Centres are came up, and I believe that they have already taken the place of Belas Shopping. But Belas Shopping can still redeem itself, it has the space to become bigger and better, that's one thing that other Shopping Centre don't really have, and it is in a very strategic location. About the only place to see a movie in the city, if you can even call Belas in the same "city" as Luanda. Good luck getting here in under an hour if you leave further North. While this mall is still relatively new and nice looking, it is only one story, and doesn't have that many shops in it. The food court is small, and I think more people come here for the supermarket than the actual mall. Also, don't expect to get anything at a decent price here, even if they are...
