Austral Meat — Local services in Adelaide

Ill be honest, I strictly go here for two things. The Chicken yiro pack and the burger of the week pack, both feed a single dude for a week and its at a nice price plus its easy to throw on the pan.

That was until today, when i found out that they had decided to flatten their burgers instead of keeping them in a ball like shape. This led me to my Friday afternoon burgers turning into slightly Hawaiian tasting chicken mince, poorly slopped on a burger bun.

This is a crime to my wonderful balls of chicken mince that i would smash down into the size id like, serve in a fashionable way and move on. It's a sad christmas for a proud burger man.

We normally visit twice/wk, over $100 worth of meat per vist . The check out lady today was chatting and chatting, showed no respect and so ignore of the value of other's time . So just left the items there and will never visit again.. responding to the response, if the conversation was about cooking methods, I would be more than happy to take some tips, unfortunately, it's not about cooking methods AT All. We have found other great butcher with same quality meats at better price and great service, so very happy that Ann has made us move on. Bring back the old staff and owners. Your prices have increased and quality has dropped. Your boneless beef sucks now. All fat and bearly any meat not worth feeding to my dog, and that's why I brought it! It's cheaper to by a roast beef from woollies. I purchased a large order today and the marinated steak wasn't marinated properly. I unfolded the steak to find it unseasoned, the steak was tuff as and woody even though cooked to medium. All so I was made to go to my car over 25c even though I'm a regular customer. Sorry guys, even though I like your snags I...
