The Cross Snack Bar — Restaurant in Adelaide

This place needs a serious shape up and the staff need to learn some customer service skills. Breathing all over the pies in the pie warmer when yelling out what’s in there (it has a glass door) touching people’s food with un-gloved hands. Letting customers stand at the counter for 10 minutes without acknowledging their presence. A simple “I’ll be with you in a minute” would do but like I said, Customer service is seriously lacking. It’s quicker and cheaper to drive to the BP down the road than it is to go to this snack bar and be Ignored for 10 minutes only to be disappointed with your overpriced sandwich AND the service has better food...
