Love love the garden party chairs tables and round cushions I bought extra chairs for existing tables and bought the table for the front porch I love that there beautiful light weight and go with other furniture and the cushions make it super comfortable the staff at tea tree plaza and harbour town are so friendly and they always put things on hold for me if I can’t get down there straight away great customer service always and sometimes they have sales on which is alway excellent which I have to agree with another persons review which makes it easier to purchase with everything else been expensive so thank you to head office for the great sales...

I would just like to say that I had the most fantastic customer experience at the store with a young lady named Anna. She helped me over the phone and went the extra mile to make sure that I was given all the options. As a consequence I bought the things that I was after and when I got to the store she’d even gone to the effort of finding a similar product as they didn’t have what I wanted in stock. She then ordered that in for me. She was polite. She was engaged and I was really impressed by her level of service. Went in yesterday was trying to discuss buying product with my friend and staff member with blonde hair kept interrupting and budding in. I get she was upselling but she had a rude tone and I personally just like to be left alone and shop without being told a million things.
