Billy'z Kebabs — Local services in Brisbane City

On the hunt for Brisbane's best kebabs, after a quick search billyz had some great reviews, who doesn't like a kebab, almost as much as a banh mi. Easy to eat and great street food

Plenty of street parking, nestled in the local group of shops in the suburbs.

Wasn't busy when I popped in, always go for the mixed kebab with bbq and hot chilli, with lettuce, tomatoes and onions, (others have carrots as standard, but I don't mind)

They only have 1 sized kebab which makes it so much easier to order and for $13.50

What makes this place different is that they toast the flat bread on the grill not after construction of the kebab in a flat press like others. They also wrap the kebab in paper, brilliant idea to make it easier to eat.

This kebab is on par with the West end kebab I had a few months ago. Top 1-2 it was very well balanced and tasty, great meal. They have 2 tables inside, 2 outside and a small bench

Totally recommend this place for great kebabs, family...

Billyz Kebabs in Salisbury is an absolute hidden gem! I’ve tried kebabs all over Brisbane—and honestly, nothing compares to this place. The kebabs are next-level: fresh, packed with flavour, and seriously mouth-watering. Easily a 10/10 every single time.

The chips? Always cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. And the pizzas? Insanely good! The base is soft and pillowy, and the toppings are super tasty. You can tell they don’t cut corners here—everything is made with care.

I genuinely didn’t think good kebabs existed in Queensland… until I came here. Billyz has completely changed the game.

We went here on a Sunday afternoon, just trying to find some food, not from the area, service was amazing, we were welcomed in and looked after like we were family, the food was amazing and we all left with full belly’s and big smiles. We accidentally reviewed the neighbours… it was all a bit confusing, but the service was so good I made sure to come back here and let everyone know. Ps they also do a giant pizaaa box size hsp… too much for me to try then but ahhhh...
