Unlike other sushi place nowadays, chefs are still hand made each rice pice for their sushi, and the amount of the material they put on could surprise you. But on the other hand, because the hand made rice pice and huge amount of materials, there is still space to improve for them to find a perfect harmonious for their sushi.

Moreover, sushi chefs are not only make sushi from menu but also some hidden dishs! So if you want some rare sushi, you can kindly ask them, they might be able to make it for you.

Been eating here for a little over 3 & a half years now. Have to say this lil sushi joint has been one of the best I’ve tried. Always going around to sushi trains or smaller Asian food chains & they all have the same tasting food, mostly because of the quality of ingredients you can get here in Aus without paying ridiculous prices. While this place has the same fantastic golden curry 🍛 that you can get everywhere, they have quite a few unique flavours/Brands you won’t find elsewhere, for instance my favourite is definitely the teriyaki chicken 🤤 I could eat at that every week easily, the rice 🍚 is a little dry occasionally if you order towards the end of the day / rush hours but the effort they take with each meal & they cater to people’s requests without hesitation.
