I am giving 1 because of the beautiful products & gifts. Otherwise would’ve been a 0. I used to go here almost every weekend & often during the week on my way home from work. Had a great rapport with the staff. Unfortunately a terrible experience with a staff member & the owner who claims “customer service is his main priority” - despite my 3 attempts for contact he chose to ignore the opportunity to retain a very loyal customer. (I was made aware by the manager he had seen the emails & said “he would reply”) Especially in light of the fact it was his staff members mistake & an error according to him with his loyalty based points system. Won’t be returning purely based on that as there is absolutely no excuse for bad customer service. Stick to non customer facing. Is it a nursery with a cafe or just a dog cafe now? Nursery customers shouldn’t have to negotiate their way around the many dogs being brought there.

We used to love this place until the dog owners took over the confined space. It was a lovely and serene place to have coffees and cakes, followed by buying plants. But in the past few weeks, more and more dog owners have come for their coffees, bringing their dogs along and allowing them to sprawl across the walk ways between the tables, expecting customers to find an alternate route. One dog is enough, but some couples and families bring two. One woman in particular lets her dog wander around the place on its long lead, while customers have to get out of its way. Another, puts her dog on one of the bench cushions, so I guess it doesn’t matter if the next customer who sits there has to sit on the...

I’ve never left a review anywhere I was so impressed I had to leave one! I Brought a monstera albo on a Saturday night, it was shipped Monday morning with express shipping to Victoria and came Wednesday morning! When opening the plant I was gob smacked. The care in the packaging and the way the plant was protected I was beyond impressed! Not only that but also a damp material to keep the plant soil great until arrival! I have ordered from a couple of different places online and they have either been awful or just okay. I’m so very happy with my new plant and I’ll be only ordering my plants from here!
