I had a very unsatisfactory experience with one of the staff there a couple of weeks ago, but thought I’d give it another try - and glad that I did. Not only did Liam go and find what we were looking for out the back, but he brought it out to the front on a trolley. Then Trish at the register enquired about our larger purchase and asked if we were preparing for an event.
