Very disappointed with my experience of local IGA at Caves Beach. They are suppose to serve and support their local community to save us the need to head into Swansea.
Arrived Saturday night 7:55pm liquor register unattended. 4 customers waiting to be served over $250 worth of sales to be processed. Only to be told by store manager who advised register has been counted off and closed. Store was still open she had her handbag on her shoulders ready to head out and was not budging on serving us.....even if it was eftpos because you dont need to count eftpos like cash.
Utterly disappointed also had milk and softdrinks to purchase but had to return stock and walk out without being able to purchase.
