I have been going to Alison Jade for my brows, for almost 15 years. Although Alison’s business has grown exponentially over that time, my experience has been the same every single visit: amazing. Each customer is always going to have individual needs, and no matter which staff member I see, they have tailored my experience to work towards thicker brows - including picking the exact right tint so they look as natural as possible. I have attended every appointment without having to wait, exceptional customer service including everyone knowing my name and no push to buy products or visit more than necessary. I was one of the first clients to have my brows tattooed, and I have had it done twice since then as it is such a life changing procedure. The end result exceeded my expectations, these girls really know what they're doing as I've visited many brow places previously and have had some less than satisfactory results. My brows were shaped beautifully, trimmed to perfection and filled in so that I could go straight away!

Despite the fact that the salons' setting was absolutely stunning; the customer service was exceptional. You could genuinely feel the professionalism in the beauty therapist and receptionist there!
