Nearly two weeks to NOT get a part, to then find out they don't have it after numerous times contacting them. They let you add parts to your cart and pay that they don't have in stock, or their supplier apparently. Maybe display "out of stock" items more clearly or remove the ability to add to cart. Don't reply to emails in a timely manner, until you complain. Then try to put the issue onto the customer, like we have any control over things that happen with parts or suppliers on your end. I paid in full so my job was done. And I was courteous and polite btw. The rest of the issues were for you to deal with. Somehow blamed me for not being "understanding" when I'm $180 out of pocket! And then blame the supplier and tried to shirk responsibility for any of the issues. I called the supplier and they assured me they had the part. Someone is not being honest. Poor form. It all reflects on your company unfortunately as I ordered with you. Tips: Vet suppliers more throughly, communicate better with customers, and be honest. The phone transcript you "apparently" accessed to fire back at me via email, with my call to one of your employees would have had the part of them telling me that you HAD the part and would be shipped on 3/2/25, yeah! There was no part coming, which is what upset me. That was a lie. And it caused time issues with arranging a possible replacement safety contributing part before a remote trip away very soon. At what point did you tell me the part was unavailable for the foreseeable future (no ETA). I had to contact you. Very disappointing. FYI, I can post the emails proving the above if you like. Added a star for the...
Read moreMy partner needed two front leaf springs so he rang and the bloke said yep come up basically as we’ve got them in (mind you the warehouse is in walking distance for the 4x4 employee to actually go check) and so we leave from Casino which is roughly a 2 and a half hour drive and we get there and he comes out and said basically that oh sorry about this but we’ve only got 1 in stock as I didn’t go and physically check to see if the pair was there!!! REALLY!!!! Hopeless just absolutely hopeless!!! Don’t take into consideration that we actually drove a distance to get here as my bloke needs them to fit to his work Ute as it’s due for rego and without his work truck there’s no work which equals no money coming in, my partner is self employed thank goodness so he has nobody to answer to but that’s part of our income, our 4 yr old son didn’t mind the drive but the cost in fuel for us to get up here was a lot too!!!!!!! NOT HAPPY 4x4 mods Australia and after this you’ve lost a customer, it’s coming by post now as we’re not driving up here again just in case we spend more money unnecessarily!! It pays to look to Mr 4x4 employee, NOT IMPRESSED WITH YOUR...
Read moreFinal edit: Will be having to take this mob to fair trade or something like that as they continually say they've done a refund, and haven't. Doesn't matter who you speak to at this place apparently not one of them can successfully tell you if where anything is including your money. Fulcrum suspension managed to process, pack and ship a suspension lift within the week which I picked up yesterday afternoon after purchasing Saturday. There is something incredibly wrong with this shop.
Places an order for a body lift for a Hilux on the 22nd December, still waiting, their phones practically useless 👌 lesson learnt, should have trusted the reviews
Edit: Now has been a month and 2 days, was supposed to be being shipped since last Wednesday, still nothing, either screening their calls as well or they are the single busiest distributer in Australia as have been able to get them on the phone once, if they're even any help at all when they answer other than telling you fairy tales about your product being in the warehouse just to receive your 4th email an hour later saying it's arriving the next day👌
Steer well...
