While the product is decent quality, it didn't fit the car and the support is woeful. I bought double drawers to fit my 23 ranger (41013). During installation the system wasn't aligning with the tub. The tub ridges don't seem to fit the drawer design. After a couple of emails with support they said it would be fine. It wasn't. I needed to modify the system to sit in the tub. When I followed up with MSA, I was ignored. I wasn't aware at the time of purchase I needed to remove my wildtrack tub seals to install this system. I asked about seal recommendations to fit their system. I was ignored. I asked about the bolting configuration of the compressor plate to confirm it would suit my compressor, and I was ignored. I now know that competitors provide systems that can be dropped on top of the tub liner which allows you to use factory seals. There are also a handful of aftermarket seal options for tub liners. I would recommend looking at these competing drawer systems and save yourself the trouble. I have heard support is better too. I've given two stars, because apart from the dust ingress, the product not fitting the vehicle, and the lack of support the system...

I’ve had the DS60 Side drop fridge slide now for over 3 years and yet to feel the quality is even close to the price tag, it’s a pain in the A… tbh. When I first received it the blue handle was damaged and they were great to deal with and got that swapped out right away, but over the time I’ve had it I’ve had numerous Cir clips come off the pins that hold the Roller bearings in place, Most of the pin mounts have the holes to low and the “slide” doesn’t slide as the fridge slide hits the top of the base mount, and doesn’t sit on the roller bearings. This makes for excessive drag when sliding it in and out. Really defeating the purpose. I regret not sending it back when I first got it as in my opinion it’s not fit for purpose. I had an 80L Engel on mine, and when dropping it down/lifting up there is next to no clearance between the fridge lid and the handle so very easy to jam fingers. Best thing I done was selling it

Couldn't be happier with the service and support! We arrived in Barcaldine and decided that the clip on mirrors just weren't cutting the mustard, so I called around a heap of places in Longreach to see if anyone had a set to fit my Y62 Patrol. No one did, so I called MSA and Sarah said they could potentially get a set to Longreach in 2 days. So I ordered the kit and Sarah advised that they will be sent today. Startrack delivered them within the 2 day timeframe. (Gold Coast - Rockhampton - Longreach!) I then found a small crack in the drivers side indicator and emailed Sarah who, without question, sent a replacement that arrived at my home address the next day. Fantastic service and support!
