BBQARM — Local services in Gold Coast City

TLDR: Great product, well made, amazing and prompt customer service. Exactly what you want from a company.

Long Version: After owning a bbq swing arm from BBQARM and using it for several months while travelling, I was looking for a telescopic starlink mount for the caravan and discovered that they did one also..

After ordering it I got an email from the owner thanking me for the business and after a few days my telescopic pole arrived but noticed that I did not receive the bracket.. I remembered that the owner emailed me thanking me for the business and so I emailed at 8pm asking if they could check where the other part of the order was… 15min later I receive a response from them advising it should be with me in the next day or so and it was sent separately and to look out for it in the coming days.

Sure enough the next day it arrived and I promptly fitted it to the van to “test” it out and was super happy with the quality and functionality. I later was cleaning up my emails and realised if I had paid more attention I received 2 shipping notifications, 1...

Everything arrived in one piece, and if I may say, beautifully packaged.....loved the branding on the box 😍.....and then the branding continued on the BBQArm....it looks soooo schmicko😍 I did take some photos on the weekend when we gave the set up a trial but sadly the pics did not do the BBQArm product justice. We have since been off for a weeks camping with our 2 huge, clumsy, fluffball dogs (they were the main reason for our purchase, one less thing for them to knock over🤞...yep the bbq went flying last trip😱 ((luckily no injuries or damage but it could have been awful!!!))

We had an awesome week away and used it everyday. No dog tangles, no falling bbq, no worries😊 (obviously, we kept an eye on the dogs when we were cooking, they can never be trusted with food😉)

The BBQARM arrived quickly (2 days!). I love the design - the drawbar bracket and swinging arm is already installed on my camper trailer. The arm swings back across the drawbar, and may be fastened for neat stowage and towing. As for the table top storage, I will fasten this flush to the front bulkhead near the gas cylinders. The product is protected against weather and corrosion (aluminium/galvanised steel). No need to use up valuable storage compartment space. The unit has good height adjustment at the drawbar pivot clamp. Oh, and the Weber Baby Q fits well, and the table...
