💛 Thank you so much, your store beats any other takeaway store in all of Ormeau. You’s are the only store that has got my order right on Ubereats and the toppings and sauces were on point. I got my order early by the way, so far the best experience ever I’ve encountered. Thank you for the friendly customer service on the phone when you answered, the gentleman asked me what I ordered and I forgot that I added extra topping and sauces and you were able to tell me exactly what I requested on the receipt, you even said the pizza was 3mins away from coming out of the oven which was sooo quick, I was impressed as I practically rang straight after I made the order, I had to ring a couple of times as you’s were busy the first time but I rang again straight after hanging up haha! I just wanted my order right that is all…as I got hold of you’s 2mins later after making the order. Thank you kind gentleman I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name I even tried ringing the store again twice to ask what your name is but oh well you know who you are haha! I will forever remember that Ormeau Pizza hut is the best hands down. When I opened my pizza box lid… my eyes lit up like a child seeing a pizza for the very first time haha! I knew my pizza 🍕 was going to be delicious and it was. I’m bragging because it was that good. Will always order my pizza from Ormeau. Cheers!

If I could give no stars i would! this is possibly the worst pizza hut in Australia!!! Its run by kids that think smoking at there doorway is more important than taking customers orders. Hygiene standards and procedures DO NOT exist at pizza hut Ormeau. To get a job at pizza hut Ormeau you will need the following: .total lack of care for any customer. .you must smoke heaps of cigarettes at the doorway instead of taking customers orders. .You must never wear gloves or hair nets even if requested to do so by the customer and fill every pizza with atleast 10-20grams of hair. .You must always serve all pizzas COLD and the cheese should never ever be melted .you must always and I mean always be on your phone texting and calling your mates .If you take care in your appearance and like to wear a uniform then this job isn't for you! we like to look as scruffy as possible .most importantly you must have the an extremely bad attitude. I'm so sick of giving this store the benefit of the doubt. Time and time again they just let you down, ignore every phone call to the store, than you call head office, head office says they can't get in touch with them either. Just ordered at 930pm not realising they close at 10, did they call? did they deliver our order? No. did they take our money, close the doors, turn the lights off and go home knowing very well that the order was pending? you bet your life they did.

UPDATE: spoke with the owner of the store, we waited for a call today expecting a refund, but no, he said it's our fault for ordering half hour before they closed, and it's my responsibility to call for a refund. He admitted had we not called, they keep our money, and don't contact us to complete the order, or give the money back. That's after speaking direct with the owner, completely incompetent to...
