I came in store this morning as a new client to get my brows threaded, and an underarm wax. I was greeted by the lovely manager who was finishing up with another client.

I had previously gone to the other brow salon in the centre a few times before, but it was not hygienic with mould growing on the chairs. My experience today at Eve’s was the complete opposite. I had a chat with my therapist about why I was unhappy. She understood completely and proceeded to complete my services hygenically and professionally.

I also got my top lip threaded, and my brows are stunning. My therapist tried two different waxes on my underarm to see which will suit me the best. She explained the reasoning for trying. I am going to return for a lash lift and tint.

As I was leaving the waxing room to pay, I even spotted the daily cleaning procedure on the wall behind the register. This proves that Eve’s Beauty encourage hygienic practice and I am so thankful! I cannot wait to return moving...

Went in for a simple eyebrow wax and left looking like I’m permanently questioning everything. One brow is dramatically arched like it just heard gossip, while the other is chill and minding its business. They’re not sisters, they’re not even cousins — they’re strangers.

I went for my first appointment for a lash lift and it didn’t work, they were happy enough to redo it for free…however, when getting it redone the lash person was too rough with my left eye even after asking for her to be more gentle with it multiple times. She also coughed on my face while I was getting the treatment done which was upsetting. My eye post treatment was red and so irritated I needed to buy an eyewash solution and go to an ophthalmologist because my vision was impacted and they confirmed chemical caused temporary cornea damage.
