We were not served the entree we ordered and I had to go back to service to rectify. Our steaks were tough and not cooked as ordered and the vegetables and chips were barely warm. We had to have the steak orders redone and the vegetables were the same. I ordered the chicken wings and crispy zucchini this time which was a mistake as the zucchini was bitter and the chicken wings were dry, and instead of the sauce coating them it was a puddle at the bottom of the plate. My son’s pasta did not come until 1 and a half hours into the meal when the replacement meals were done and was barely warm, over salted, and missing the chicken ordered extra. My husbands Dolphin Burger had to have the tomato removed as it was not fresh and he did not get his onion rings as ordered. Meals came at different times and were all over the place. The quality did not match the menu description or price and the manager neither apologised nor offered any recompense for the horrible food. It was my birthday dinner and when I got home I actually threw up the food it had made me sick, then I cried because my birthday dinner was absolutely ruined. Based on this I would neither recommend them nor go again. I do wonder if there has been a management and cook change because on previous occasions when we went this had not been the case. Absolutely disgraceful experience, never again.

Went in with a small group and ordered meals and drinks. After over 20 minutes, we still hadn’t received a single drink -nothing, while staff were happily serving drinks to other tables. When we asked where ours were, the waitress snapped back with “you’ll get them when I get a chance.” Not even an apology, just attitude.

Then, one of our meals comes out before the drinks even arrive. Another 10 minutes later, the drinks finally show up. Still no sign of the rest of our meals.

By the time the others got their food, one of us had already finished eating. Total chaos. We tried to salvage the night by ordering a simple ice cream sundae, but guess what? After waiting another 20 minutes, it still hadn’t shown up.

We gave up, walked out, and left both our money and patience behind. No follow-up, no apology, nothing.
