Farmer Brown's Pizzas — Local services in Greater Brisbane

It's upsetting to leave this negative review. They get 2 stars, instead of 1 because the communication BEFORE hand was good. I always leave fair reviews. Look at my record, rarely do I leave a negative review.

We hired Farmer Brown's Pizza for my daughter's 21st. Communication in the booking and lead-up process was very good and it was made very clear what we would receive. I felt assured and excited for the party. We would get pizza service until all our guests were full. Warwick said that is service of 1.5-2hrs. Arrival was prompt for 1.5hr setup time. Pizza was served on-time at our agreed time. This is where our contract agreement then ceased to be fulfilled. The pizza chefs packed up after less than 1hour cooking time. At approx 40min mark, I did bring to their attention that the pizza being served was cold & guests were telling me that the pizza chef said they were finishing up. The young kid said we aren't finishing up, we have lots more to cook...... little did I know he was mass cooking pizzas. 15mins later they bring up 18 pizzas and left them for us to continue serving. It was all cold in under 10mins. They were packed up by 55mins service and driving out the gate 1hr 4mins after our agreed service time started. (All was proven to Warwick with time-stamped photos) Some guests hadn't even arrived as they knew Pizza was being served for 2 hours. WARNING! Warwick is the owner but he hires young people to run pizza vans and they did not deliver our paid agreement! We paid $1600 and got less than 1hr service time and 18 cold pizzas to last the remainder of the party. Even sadder, once Warwick KNEW they did NOT deliver what our contract stated, there was no offer of "making it right", just a "sorry, I've told them don't do that again." HE HAPPILY POCKETED ALL MY MONEY!!! BEWARE - YOUR CONTRACT WITH WARWICK MEANS NOTHING! The chefs on the night will do whatever suits them......AND you will NOT be compensated! So just beware! Warwick is an absolute hero for getting the ute and wood-fire oven up our steep, tricky driveway and set up in our back garden!

THANK YOU SO MUCH to Warwick and his brilliant team for a really wonderful evening to celebrate my husband’s special birthday. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas. Our friends (some of whom are real foodies) commented on the "magnificent" pizzas, "absolutely delicious" and "yummy". We all appreciated the superb quality and variety.

Vegetarians, including the birthday boy, were very happy. Our guests with gluten-intolerance and nut allergy were beautifully catered for. Tim was so thoughtful and considerate, consulting with them and making their special pizzas. He also made up a box of pizza for the elderly lady next door. Very sweet.

Charlotte did a fabulous job too, serving loads of hot pizza, upstairs on the deck and downstairs in the garden. Friends commented on the excellent, friendly service.

Both Tim and Charlotte were so lovely and cheerful, super capable and helpful. They cooked, served and cleaned up without a fuss, leaving a few boxes of leftover pizza in our kitchen .

This made the party so easy for me! I was free to mingle and chat, not having to worry at all about serving food, tidying up etc. Just fantastic!

After lots of beers and wines, quite a few blokes helped themselves to the leftovers later in the night, claiming they were just as delicious cold! ☺️

WOW! Where do I even start with Farmer Browns Pizza? We had them cater for my son’s 21st, and honestly, they nailed it! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect.

First off, a huge shout-out to the owner! He was so friendly, professional, and clear in his communication both before and after the event. It made everything so easy, and I truly appreciated how well organized and on top of things he was.

The team on the night were total legends! They were friendly, efficient, and just so on point with everything. And let’s talk about the pizza—bloody delicious!! Seriously, it’s like they’re pizza magicians. The best part? After a long night of partying, the team brought out takeaway pizza boxes for our weary guests—genius! . Nothing beats enjoying those wood-fired pizza masterpieces after a celebration.

Farmer  Browns really go above and beyond—they bring their wood-fired oven and hand-deliver those mouthwatering pizzas right to you. If you want top-notch, delicious pizza and a team that makes everything run smoothly, you can’t go past these guys.
