Closes early often, makes excuses why, but can’t understand that it’s a waste of my time if i go their and they are closed before advertised hours once is ok multiple times in a short space is not professional, I was paying more to support Todd but no more after getting abused for giving him feedback guy shouldn’t be running a business and it won’t last much longer poor service and no accountability don’t shop their waste of time

Ps you can see by his reply on what i mean, he can’t run a business properly and tells lies, i’ve never been kicked out of a shop in my life, to prove this point i’ll upload a receipt from a local competitor to show this is false, i shop online because it’s cheaper and more reliable, you try and support a local business and this is what you get. Let’s flip it he said he had to close early to pick up his car imagine if he went their and they decided to close early would he be angry? id say yes, his excuse he can’t find good people to work is a just that an excuse. Like i said once is ok emergency happen but picking up a car from the mechanics for a service isn’t an emergency. Customers don’t want to hear excuses it’s not my problem you can’t staff your shop properly then you get angry because i tell you that it’s not professional and your response is to go nuclear. your reply says it all lol and be careful what you say theirs a thing called defamation and saying i’ve been kicked out of other places when you don’t even know my name...
