5 MONTHS FOR SEND A BOX!!!

I sent a Transco box from this shop to Sri Lanka. They told me it would take 3 months to arrive. Near the 3 months complete I called Transco and asked if they can check where my box is because, I couldn’t track it online. They told me they had only just received the box and had sent it two days ago, and that it would take another 2 months to arrive.

This Lion Flame company only sends boxes when their pallet is full, that’s understandable but it’s your responsibility to tell the customer about that. Not bullshitting people and misleading which is very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I called them, and the lady said she didn’t know anything but ask the owner to call me That He never called me back. Lol
