Brewlab Craft Beer Cafe — Restaurant in Hobart

We recently hosted a workshop at Brewlab, and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.

First and foremost, the staff at Brewlab was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They ensured every detail was taken care of for our workshop and were readily available to assist us with any needs, making the event run smoothly.

Everything was handled professionally and carefully, from setting up the conference room to the food service at lunchtime.

Moreover, the conference room's atmosphere was perfect for our workshop. We didn't want a place too formal but that demonstrated the same professionalism, and Brewlab met our expectations. It was spacious, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and comfortable for our attendees. Furthermore, the price for the service provided was incredibly affordable.

Brewlab is a must-visit pub for locals and visitors to Hobart. As a classic brew pub you will not be disappointed in the rotating tap options. Staff are super knowledgeable on beer and wine and happy to make great recommendations. Ok here’s the thing - this place has TOP NOTCH food with an incredible chef at the helm making a wide range of seriously excellent burgers in town with some interesting riffs on pub classics like loaded fries, loaded with flavour, chicken wings, excellent salads and ever changing affordable specials. Basically the menu has been crafted to be creative, delicious but accessible. Kids are catered for and if you’re veggie or vegan, no issue.

I’d say this joint is a hidden gem in the northern suburbs but these days this place is pumping and for good reason. I've been twice time. They've served very well done services. It's a really nice place for gathering friends, have fun, enjoy the view in front of door with glass of beer on hand. The first time were like I'm not really a fan of burger but still gave it a chance and it was definately lovely choice!!! Tasty burger and beautiful cider. I've tried (second photo) crispy bird burger. It's beautiful. i love it. Tasty, good flavour, crispy as its name. Highly recommend.
