I went in here yesterday. The bloke behind the counter was on his mobile when I walked in. I found one of the things I was after, without his help. I went to pay for the product, he was still talking on the phone. I asked him a question about a product I was chasing, he was still talking on the phone. I walked out in disgust, he was still talking on his phone. How about some customer service champion? I was in there to spend my hard earned. At least have the respect and decency to put your phone on hold or call back. I will never go back, the extra 10 minute drive for decent customer service, greater range and being treated like a customer should be, is well worth the extra travel...

Would give 0 stars if possible. What’s the point in starting a store if it’s going to be filthy, unorganised and extremely pricey with no mind to how the customers were treated.
