Taco Bell East Ipswich — Restaurant in Ipswich City

Underwhelming, I ordered the double tacos supreme meal, I did order the soft option rather than crispy, but both tacos were cold. The bread was totally cold like it was straight out of the fridge, along with the veges, and there was grated cheese on top but this was also cold and not melted whatsoever. The meat was warm but not hot and overall the whole thing was like eating a cold sandwich from a servo with a tiny ammount of warm meat in between.. The flavour was actually not too bad, just would have been a lot better if it was executed properly.

Also long wait for the 6 people in front of us to be served, the girl who was serving had a very soft voice and I had to ask her to repeat everything 3 times, management needs to train staff to speak to be heard.

The last thing that's a bit off is the layout of the restaurant, the line is right in front of the drink dispenser and the order pick up area is past the line, so when you are trying to wait in line you constantly have to move to let people through or let them fill up their drinks, very disorderly.

Overall 2 stars, I would be happy to update that to 4 or 5 if the food was hot and maybe a bit more meat, as it is currently a very pitiful serving of meat...

We thought we would drop in on Mothers day while passing by. Big Mistake. I Got Food Poisoning that night. We were extreamly unimpressed, and this was before i was sick with food poisoning. No clean tables at all !! You think when there is a world wide pandemic, they would be a bit more cleaner. The food was only JUST WARM.

To top it off, we received the Worst service we've ever had. Staff seem like they don't want to be there at all. The girl taking our order couldn't Smile if you payed her. They only seem interested in the MUSIC. Don't get me wrong i love my music but it sounded like a night club. Taco Bell at Booval needs dramatic improvement with hygiene, staff, 101 in hospitality & Customer Service and just basic training to be courteous.

If you're really hungry and want a bite to eat keep driving there are plenty of fast food places just up the road you know you wont get food poisoning from.

Oh and you have to get your own napkins and utensils, having to find them yourself, had no one to ask. Soon as meal was given to us no one in sight at front counter. Majority of the time No employees at front. ITS A DIVE... Never Again, i will be telling...

So, we ordered on Door Dash, and received our food quite quickly. That's where anything remotely acceptable ended. I ordered the pulled pork nachos, with guac, sour cream, salsa, and cheese. I received 3 large square chunks of dry pork on chips. My son ordered the chilli beef with cheese and salsa. He received his chilli beef with guac and sour cream. My partner ordered her meal with a burrito, and no black beans. . It was SOAKED with black beans and their juices. I drove to Taco Bell to ask for an explanation and a refund. Whilst I was waiting at the counter for someone to acknowledge me, a patron stood up from their table, walked over to the counter, and promptly pointed out a large hair in his meal, expressing his disgust. The young man behind the counter looked at my 3 large square chunks of pork and said "Was that made today? That's not good" He tried his best to help me, but was told by his manager (over his headset) that I needed to take up my issue with Door Dash.
