Really disappointing. I was one of two people in the store and ordered a single piece of fried chicken only. A few online orders came in and were collected but I stood there for 17 minutes waiting only to be given a stone cold piece. I returned it and explained it was stone cold and dry. The person apologized then went to the back and said to his team that they can't give stone cold food to customers and that they needed to show a sense of urgency. He then came back and said all his fried chicken was cold but they were cooking some right now and if I wait another 10-15 mins they can get me a hot piece. I explained I was on a break at work and had thought the whole experience would take 5 minutes and I couldn't wait. He said he could offer me a refund. He then couldn't get the register to give me the $2 through eftpos so after much button pressing he gave me a $2 coin. No offer of anything else and a complete waste of time. By the time I left it was packed with people frustrated and angry. Completely underwhelmed. I don't normally bother with negative reviews but another customer in the store suggested I should leave it as he waited for his food for a similar...
Read moreNever before have I experienced so many problems with one fast food order. No pineapple fritters available (If you guys don't have those you might as well close for the day because that's the only thing you have going for you) No fried chicken, roast only (this is a problem when the store is less than 5 minutes walk from Woolworths that sell roast chickens for cheaper) Food was $13 more expensive than expected because the online prices aren't the same as the in-store prices, and in-store prices aren't listed online. The pineapple fritter was substituted with cheesy nuggets, there were no cheesy nuggets when I got the food. My three pieces of fried chicken were substituted with just one piece of roast chicken. I ordered a non-spicy Chaser. The Chaser I...

They had no clue!! They just gave me a quarter chicken meal deal with all the add ons attached. Absolutely obsurd! 35 dollars of food and jack all to show for it! All small sizes, certainly not enough for 2 people and a 2 year old!
It's a wonder red rooster is going down. Not offering a meal deal to accommodate a small family with all of the "fruit."
Also, typical they...
