Ordered the $7 pho, takeaway. There was a conversation amongst the staff in Vietnamese that went along the lines of ‘Is she (me) real Viet…?’ which in hindsight should have prepared me for what I was about to receive but much to my absolute shock I received a takeaway container in which they’d dumped the contents of an instant noodle bowl pack with stock powder (which I could have gotten for $3.50 or so from the Asian fruit and veg shop across the way or even Woolworths), topped with a skimpy amount of old chopped coriander and a few slices of overcooked, flavourless boiled meat. Not happy at all, ordered a specific cake, paid good money and got the complete opposite colour to what was explained. May as well have said, just do what ever style you want.

People just don't listen or maybe don't take notes, when something is explained thoroughly. Won't be back here for another cake, it's disappointing as it is for a special occasion.

I have tried calling the store and the phone just rings out.

Edit - Went into the store and they couldn't care less, actually tried saying we got it wrong.. The first pic is what we received, second is what was explained and ordered, showed these exact photos and explained thoroughly.
