Kwinana Adventure Park — Attraction in Calista

Nice for toddlers and little kids.(2yrs - about 9yrs) There is a water feature area with fountains and waterfalls that little kids can splash in and put their feet on. It does random patterns and can be restarted by a button on the wall. It's got sail sun shades and grass surrounding with large logs for parents to sit on. Nearby is another covered area with barbecues and a locked area with fridge & sink which you can hire the key for if you want to have a kids party. For larger kids there's swings, flying fox etc. Usually on nice days there's an ice cream van parked very close that does hot & iced coffees as well as Pringles and various soft serve ice creams and icey poles. Bit expensive but nice.

There are safety lock gate entrances so chances are your kids can't wander out. Council maintains it pretty well. Bins for food rubbish, recycling and general rubbish are all around.

There are additional BBQ areas further away from the water feature area.

It's clean, the grass is soft and there are quite a lot of shady trees to sit under. Parking right up close may be full but there is lots of parking all around within...

Highly recommend this park! Great facilities and are kept in a clean/hygienic state. There has always been a park facilities person cleaning up bbqs and picking up rubbish and other bits when I’ve been there. The facilities area is a great birthday location and is easy to book online. Coffee vans have been there every time I’ve gone which is always a bonus 😊

Do not forget mozzie spray as they are hugely on the prowl I’ve only recently noticed they also have signage for it so must be an ongoing issue. Regardless of mozzies kids are too busy running from water to sand to playground to even notice ☺️

I find the benches in the middle (near spinning tea cup/toilets) the perfect platform to get a 360 view of the park if you numerous runners (in different directions) I also tend to dress in bright colours so I can see at a glance as tends...

We just held our daughters 5th party here, we hired The Patio about 6 months prior to secure our date. We ordered ballons from the local Big W. We got pizzas from the local pizza hut. We got to the venue 20 mins early, its was clean and ready for us. Has a massive fridge with freezer, kettle, Microwave, sink and access to 2 BBQs (we didnt use) Caretake came up to us and made sure we were all good - what great service. 4pm booking is dont believe the caretaker is their Toilets are clean and while we were their we seen them cleaning. Highly recommend hiring The Patio or just rocking up with picnic blanket. Their is loads of shade and heaps of BBQs Playground is epic and the splash pad has the kids cooling down. Think it's the best Playground we've ever been too.
