Absolutely great customer service, this vet and its staff genuinely care about their customers and their pets, we where told by a different vet that our 11yr dog Archer had to be euthanized, they had only given him 24hrs and said if he had not dramatically improved within that 24 hours we had to take him back to be euthanized, 24hrs is not long enough to give him a chance so we wanted a second opinion so we brought him to Daisy Hill vet they did not force anything, they notified us that he wasn't looking great but where willing to work with us to give him a fighting chance, a few days later Archer is on the road to recovery and looking a lot better, with his will to live and the great service we received from this vet he is almost back to his normal self, other vets are too quick to put your animal down and call the RSPCA if you don't euthanize when they say to, so a BIG thumbs up to this clinic, I would defiantly recommend if you love your pet bring them to Daisy Hill Vet Clinic, big thank you to Dr Julian Nalliah and the staff, you...
Read moreTook our sick dog there for the first time as we had not been happy with our long term vet who had sold out to another party. After explaining the situation with our dog over the phone, they told us to bring her in straight away as an emergency consultation. The staff there certainly impressed my wife and I with their prompt service and caring attitude. The vet who saw our dog, Katie, was very thorough and quickly diagnosed our dogs problem. Unfortunately the prognosis wasn't good and we decided to euthanize her there. Katie was very understanding of our situation and let us spend extra time with our beloved Sophie, even taking photos of us with Sophie before saying goodbye. The cost of the consultation and euthanasia was also reasonable and less than we had spent to have a visiting vet euthanize one of our dogs only last April. If we ever get any more pets we'll definitely be going to this clinic. Highly recommended to any...
Read moreWe have just moved in to the area and Coincidentally just today had booked an appointment with another vet clinic for a general check up of our young golden retriever. The naughty thing decides to escape from under the fully fenced house and go for a wander herself —— then ends up at the Daisy Hill Vet Clinic without her collar. God bless micro chips that they were able to track our contact details. special thanks to the VET NURSE LISA who waited back after hours (about an hour) until I could come and finally collect my silly girl! Lisa was ever so nice, thanks Lisa!
She found herself a vet clinic! We have decided to cancel our original booking and book here instead!!! It’s evident they obviously & genuinely care about our non human friends!:)
Special thanks to the someone who picked her up from the road and brought her to the clinic! We will try to find you and personally thank...
