So just wish to say what a how nice and tender the meat was and full of creamy flavour the curry itself was, BUT unfortunately for my $24.40 I was charged for a lamb korma and 1 garlic naan bread was far to expensive for only 6 small bits of meat in it, and is the only indian take away if EVER had that didn't Inc a basic small boiled rice included, so after eating those lovely 6 bits of meat I was left was a big bowl of curry soup, which wasn't really what I wanted and that on the menu instore states no mention of a deal for 1 which was $2.40 cheaper and came with rice, drink and a poppadom all inclusive which would of been a awesome meal for anyone, sadly I wish they would of mentioned that deal to me as that's what great customer service is right, inform and allow me a better choice of the full menu instead of half a menu. Then here comes simple year 2 maths floors, so $17.95 + $4.95 ACTUALLY equals $22.90 total NOT $24.40 that I was charged to get home and enjoyed such a nice lovely dish that was lacking a few final touches. So yeah be sure to check your meals and menu out properly floors and do the year 2 maths yourself so you don't get ripped off any money, but honestly the taste of the curry and naan bread was 10/10, sadly they drop there bag of lollies on the rest unfortunately, and on that note not lost my on going business and earned them a 1 star rate and this completely honest review of the transaction. I do hope this was only a once off that's happened to me but who knows, maybe I was just unlucky like a blad guy who just won a crome kinda thing. Cheers and good luck to everyone else respectfully...
Read moreWe came in tonight for a family birthday and we were very disappointed. We had been in the past and had a good experience but tonight that wasn’t the case. The restaurant was very hot, we asked if the aircon temperature could be turned down only for it to get hotter. We looked online prior to coming in and saw the attached screenshot deals on the website which show available for Lunch, Dinner and Takeaway however we were told “No, these are Takeaway only options” even though this isn’t stated on the website and is instead photographed as a dine in option. Prior to ordering there were questions asked about meals coming out in sauce vs being a dry rub. They confirmed two of the dishes would be dry only for them to come out flooded with sauce meaning an additional dish needed to be ordered which came out after everyone had eaten. Very disappointing, poor customer service and expensive for the experience...
Read moreThe welcoming staff was our 1st impression; she greeted us straight away once we stepped in, bought a table water and menus. She was very efficient and could answered confidently of our questions. We were not sure of what to order and she could recommend and told us the differences of each curry.
We eventually ordered a chicken methi makai, a kadai chicken, a plain rice, a garlic naan and a chilli cheese naan. The food was serve after a short wait with complimentary papadum (which could have come first while we were waiting for the food). Both curries were delicious, but slightly spicier than “medium” that we usually had from other Indian restaurants. Naans were good, but not great; wished they could have been soft and pillowy. They were kinda thin and dry.
The place was clean and well organised with a private toilet in the restaurant. It could be a good idea to have a...
