Bitterly Disappointed I ordered Sympathy flowers & was given an incorrect address house number by a bereaved family member. I received a text message from the owner of that property a week later to inform me that the flowers where delivered to his construction site! Who on earth delivers Sympathy flowers to a construction site ?????? If the delivery driver had had an ounce of common sense or insight he/she could have called Amazing Graze Flowers regarding the address or even read the sympathy card attached and contacted me directly using my mobile number. Just a simple phone call could have clarified this whole scenario. The owner of the construction site not only told me that the flowers where not delivered to the family but that the flowers and vase had been destroyed. Amazing Graze Flowers response was that "We have gone above and beyond to fulfil the order" and because they "deeply" care about their customers so much they will now give me a 20% discount on my next order ! I have already wasted of over $100 worth of flowers and Im not about to give them any more of my money! How insulting... they actually think Im that stupid! To add insult to injury Amazing Graze Flowers also send me a photo of the delivered flowers by the driver in front of Temporary Fencing at the constructions site! As long as the flowers where delivered fresh and beautiful to the address that is all Amazing Graze Flowers interested in. Their floral arrangements might indeed be beautiful but the poor customer service makes no business sense and is truly ugly. At the end of the day Amazing Graze Flowers is just a Flower Shop its not as sophisticated and sleek as it purports to be on its website. ****Essendon residence especially beware....please do not waste your money, because if anything goes wrong Amazing Graze Flowers will back SKUTOPIA their "brilliant" delivery service and not the customer. **** Use your hard earned money on an actual local Florist in the area that has at least an ounce of moral scruples.

No answer! 3- I asked a call back, no call, I requested to cancel as was very late, no replay. 4- cistomer service is below zero. Flowers delivered burnt i paid 100 + dollars for 10 dead roses after staying in hot weather and in car going allowed Melbourne while their location is 30 mins away from who I was sending d Flowers, too. 5- Rise issue through calls and emails to cancel the order , or take it back as i just want a refund they said we let the manner know she's busy and will contact you within 24 hours! 6- they ruined the birthday surprise, late delivery, stayed in hot weather all day, I sent fotos of almost dead flowers while their response is no it was in water and ac on to make sure they are fresh, no they were burnt from sun! 7- Offered a coupon for the next purchase, whichever i will never use or do! These are flowers meant to deliver love and care. Now I paid 100+ to get frustrated and shocked of such attitude, and their responses were all made up! It's not true in regards to the driver's issue with the car and not being number 8 on que! 8- fake advertisements t of delivered time! 9- worst customer service ever 10- big warning to shop their and i am raising to cistomer affairs as none went as planned or advertised, nor solved through managers the busy one.

I also pointed this out to them in my reply and they did not address it. They only said they will not be providing any refund as the flowers were a cost to them. When I responded showing them the condition of the flowers again and reiterating that I was asking for a part-refund, they didn’t respond. When you order flowers, the bare minimum you expect is for the flowers to be fresh and a legible message card. Both these expectations were not met. EDIT: I did not request the flowers to be delivered to a funeral service. I requested it to be delivered to the recipient’s home, which it was, as stated in the first sentence of my review. UPDATE: I received a very apologetic email and call from the owner and the matter has now been resolved. I am most grateful for them reaching out to me.

I ordered from Amazing Graze last year for valentines day and found my experience to be not-so-Amazing for the following reasons:

I had ordered a card with a bouquet. However, the card attached to the bouquet that was delivered was clearly the wrong card - it had the wrong order number, the wrong name, and the wrong address on it. The message on the card was also very clearly meant for somebody else. The card was addressed to 'Vessi' from 'Colm'. I do not have a wife named Vessi, nor is my name 'Colm', and I feel sorry for the poor couple that must've not gotten their Valentines day bouquet that they (like me) paid a significant sum for.

The flowers arrived over 5 hours late at 7:15pm. I left a note on my order (which I placed a month prior in early January) requesting that the flowers arrive no later than 2pm on Valentines day. This was due to my partner only being able to spend limited time with me on the day (she had to leave early for work and was unable to see me during the week). If this delivery time could not be catered for, I assumed the Amazing Graze team would contact me to let me know so that I could make other arrangements. Alas, I heard absolutely nothing from the company in the weeks leading up to February 14th. When I called the number at 3:00pm on valentines day, their customer service representative very kindly told me that my flowers were currently with the driver and that they were just over 10 minutes from my house. The flowers arrived over 4 hours later after my partner had already left for work, meaning that I could not give them to her (which may be a blessing in disguise because the flowers were dying by the time they arrived).

The flowers had started to wilt by the time they arrived. Considering that I paid over $150 for flowers, I expected flowers that were not half dead upon arrival.

When I emailed the team asking for a refund, they did not reply. I followed up with several phone calls, where I was repeatedly told that they had someone looking into my issue. It has been almost 12 months. I have not recieved a single phone call or email back from them. I am starting to think that they might not be looking into my issue after all.

I completely understand that Valentine's day is a busy day for a florist such as Amazing Graze and there will always be slight hiccups in logistics - however, delivering dead flowers with the wrong card attached over 5 hours late and then not even having the decency to acknowledge a valid customer complaint after already taking full payment is probably more than just a slight hiccup.

tl;dr; I paid $154.95 and could not give the flowers to my partner, could not display them in my home (as they were already decaying), and could not even send my partner her card because I had received somebody else's card instead. When I tried to ask for customer support, Amazing Graze amazingly ghosted me.

At this point, I've given up on getting a refund. I just want a response from Amazing Graze. Any response at all. It doesn't even need to be about my terribly botched order - we could chat about the weather.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ordered flowers, never delivered, I had to contact them, promised delivery that day then ordered weeds from another florist to be delivered. Called, emailed and nobody contacted me back.. below is email I sent and got nothing back

Hi,

I ordered this obviously on 14th March at 9:43am. The daily bouquet $85 and chocolates to be delivered the same day. I called at 11:28am and spoke to Tayla after I received confirmation that it could be delivered after hours when I put down her workplace. I put another address in case they couldn’t get to the school in time but was told it would be delivered no matter what.

By 8:30pm last night I messaged my mother in law to see if she received them and they never got delivered.

I checked in again at 9:30am this morning and still nothing had been delivered. I paid $115 for the bouquet, chocolates and delivery.

I called and spoke to Tayla at 9:54am and she said she would call the manager at the distribution and call me back. It got until after 1pm and I still had not heard anything nor had she received anything.

I called back and spoke to another lady and was advised Tayla went home early sick. She put me on hold and spoke to the distribution manager or so I was told- and I was told that she will upgrade to the large bouquet but couldn’t supply the chocolates as there were not any left which I stated was not good enough as I had ordered the flowers and chocolate together- I said given it was a mistake on your behalf you can upgrade for free but still provide the chocolates just put an alternative. She said she would see what she could do but made no promises.

I received a message of the picture of the flowers and chocolate and to say I am absolutely disappointed in what has been provided is an understatement. Looking at your instagram, website and how you present your flowers this was extremely under whelming and NOT what I paid for. I have attached photos from your website and instagram of what I ordered and then a photo of what was provided. To say I am embarrassed that this is what was delivered for my mother in law is an under statement as well. I am shocked that these were delivered and from the sticker on the flower paper it is Rosebud Florist not even from your company. Looking at your photos it is not your flowers it does not have your ribbon with your name on it.

I am in disbelief that you thought that this was the solution to the problem that is no fault except your companies.

I want a full refund for $115 we paid to be processed tomorrow. If this is done I will not put bad reviews and google reviews.

I am 37 weeks pregnant and did not need this stress and inconvenience.

I am happy for somebody to contact me but I do not want a credit I want a...

I just came across this email, after a positive experience at Amazing Graze where we were passing by and needed to use the facilities during a private event, and were treated very kindly. We are existing customers, at the florist and café.

Thought it was a good reminder of their kindness and origin.

"Let us take you back to 2018 when we were experiencing some unforeseen and uncontrolled circumstances. Angel was experiencing recent trauma and mental health issues; her mother, Perla, had been diagnosed with stage three Breast Cancer. They both carried an umbrella of emotions and difficult mental health.

Out of luck, Angel went to seek therapy by expressing art through nature. ‹“The feeling of being able to touch nature with my bare hands had an overwhelming feeling of joy and I was able to let go. It reminded me that life is short, and we must make the most of it by blooming, even for just a short while”.

After this uplifting thought, she then gave those flowers to Perla, who was the catalyst of AGF. The resilience and hope to stay positive transferred into the gesture of giving. Perla and Angel identified this from that exchange and they wanted to work together to spend more time as a united mother and daughter duo to disrupt and flip the script of their current situation. The opportunity of being involved in the good gestures of humanity gave them a positive feeling and it made sense that this was the path to pursue. Through the art of floral giving and making someone smile they have found purpose and happiness.
