I seriously thought my family and I are discriminated against racially by some staff members at this store. There's one lady in particular wonderfully passive aggressive. I live just around the corner from this store and literally walk there every other day and sometimes purchase a handful of things just on a walk and yet without fail she will always come over to check something or ask a question very obviously checking to see we are not shoplifting. After spending $30 sometimes buying 3 items with the wonderful inflation and supermarkets like Coles raking in huge profits, it is rather frustrating and disappointing when everyone is treated like a shoplifter even when one is such an obvious regular. And even more so when their checkout cameras, CCTV all over the shop and AI controlled gates that do not let you pass if you have unscanned items should be doing this job well. Only after reading some of the reviews here do I realise it not just me. Are the staff trying to make themselves useful by treating every passing customer...

General locations of a fair bit of the stock doesn’t seem to follow the usual layout of most Coles supermarkets any more, with many things placed in illogical locations. And it’s a 50/50 as to whether the staff member you get will be nice or rude.
The most frustrating thing is rocking up to the supermarket at 11.30pm on a weeknight and finding it closed, despite being advertised as being open until midnight. Once or twice is understandable, especially for certain issues such as staff shortages or public holidays but this happened many times in the past before I stopped going here. And staff shortages clearly wasn’t the issue.
Having seen how many of the staff are talked to by the boss/team leader in the evenings, I can understand why customer service has been dropping off. Reprimanding staff in the aisles is probably not the best place to be doing it….
Better to go elsewhere unless it’s a last resort...
Read moreTrying to check out bananas and a lady came speaking loudly that I picked the wrong bananas, everyone heard her and looking as me making me very embarrassed thinking I’m trying to steal and intentionally chose a cheaper option , the truth is on the main screen there’s a big button called fresh produce , then there’s only one option for bananas , there is no other bananas option under it, so there’s no way I can pick red tip bananas. Then she went through another menu which you have to select on the top B then under bananas, then there’s more option for red tip. I think the menu can be made better which the more common and obvious option should also be made bananas as a category so people can choose the correct bananas instead just one option and when customer did accidentally picked the wrong option , please be be more patience and speak politely , making the customer feel guilty and embarrassing them in a roomful of people is not a...
