Don’t pay attention to the good reviews from over a year ago as they were for the last owners. These guys only took over recently and have had mostly 1 or 2 star reviews since they took over.

I ordered a small hsp but paid for extra meat and got standard serve. To top it off the meat tasted stale/old like it had been reheated and the chips were soggy. Don’t waste your money. There is a mobile caravan further down plenty rd towards bell st that is cheaper and waaay better! If I could give less than one star I would!

Reply to owners response: Maybe go back to school because you don’t seem to be able to string a sentence together, let alone a paragraph. What you wrote makes no sense at all! However, keep trying. Can’t write, can’t cook and you rip people off on stale and soggy food. Your business is pathetic. The old owners were so much better then you will ever be. And so much less arrogant and rude than you as well. Especially when you have no reason to have that arrogance because you’re so bad at what you do. No more stars for you anyway because I’ll never buy anything from you again. You cook disgusting food. Why would I.

Ps. The place I mentioned down the rd always has people there enjoying their food. Your place has been empty almost every time I’ve gone past and I drive past there daily to go home. I...

If I have to say that I eat out but only at one specific dinning place then it has to be MKS - Reservoir location. This place is too good and even if I have to rate it, it will be infinite excellent outstanding rating out of any numbers. They maintain proper hygiene and food is of so good quality. The chicken/ lamb is so good and tasty. I never never had any issues. It's been 4 years we have been eating here, the taste is still the same with so many flavors. To write few words about Julia and her husband, they are so so lovely, good and down to earth people. Every time I have been here, I was asked if the food is good. They have also offered sweets for free several times. I haven't met anyone here who has offered sweets for free. At times when we were late from work and forgot to withdraw cash, the meal was offered for free. Julia and her husband, they are really god gifted people. I am still a loyal customer to them and will be forever. I would suggest everyone to eat at this specific joint and enjoy their awesome amazing HSP, Sheesh Kebab, Falafal and their amazing-exceeding...

REVIEW: The service at the Reservoir chain was too generous. We were dining in which really consisted of dining out, because the store is tiny, on their plastic chairs. We had an incident where as the kind lady was bringing out the stacked HSP. The top HSP slipped onto the sauces of the HSP pack below. Not only did she 're-pot' the HSP for us, she also made us a NEW HSP free of charge ​😭​​😭​. Their generosity knows no bounds! The extra HSP was enough to feed our hungry bellies, so would definitely come here for the quantity aspect.

In the mixed HSP, I preferred the lamb slightly over the chicken as there was more flavour. But in saying that, my friends found the HSP great in general. Had melted cheese on top of the chips too, and it was the perfect carb-heavy meal after our intense 2 hour sports session.

Their on the house Turkish delights for dining in was also so sweet in both flavour, and...
