Had a neighbour bang on my door to let me know there was a snake in my yard. Called Wildlife Victoria, no answer. Called RSPCA, no answer. Called my local RSPCA office, was on hold for five minutes before being sent to voicemail. Found Tim through a quick Google search, got in touch with him within a few minutes, let him know that there's a snake in my yard (and that I pooped my pants). He got to mine about 20 minutes after our phone call, I told him that I lost sight of the snake and he said "don't worry, I can smell it" (not sure how that works but I think it's similar to Spider-Man's spider sense), and caught the thing in less than ten minutes. 10/10 service.
