Proud Chic Mega Meats — Local services in Melbourne

I recently moved from other supplier to try out this company and thought that they might be cheaper than the previous one. The first week was good because I could save up to 25% compared to the previous supplier. However on the second week the price increased to extra $2 per kilo on breast fillets and rump. The worst of all was on the third week where another price increased to another dollar without any prior notice. I ended up paying more than full retail where you would be better off buying from your local supermarkets and they call themselves wholesale? The place has really gone to the dogs. Empty shelves, uninviting environment and prices have inflated ridiculously to the point where the major supermarkets appear cheaper. I’ve seen them selling expired best before products in their fridges and if I get something from there I’m sure to use it well before best before as I find their fridge life isn’t great. I went recently and there was really nothing worth buying due to their prices having gone up. They have reduced stock but the reductions are minimal.
