Pizza Villa — Restaurant in Melbourne

Terrible the manager was rude and abusive, went to pick up an order for $40, put the pizza boxes in the front seat of the car and realised they where leaking juices. Take them back in showed them it had leaked on my shirt and told them also in the front seat of my car. No apologies at this stage they grab the boxes and replace them, I ask them if they had something to clean my car seat......I get paper towel. I go clean my seat as best I could and go back in to get pizzas, told the lady I was worried about it staining my front seat and ask for a spray or detergent. She gets the manager and he's swearing what the "f.....k does he want now" in front of customers mind you, I told him I'd like part of a refund or for him to pay for the cleaning. He told me to f...k off, I wasn't rude to him and I didn't think I was asking for a million dollars, he comes back out with a bucket of soapy water and I take him to my car and show him. He cleans it with a sponge and I tell him my car is very expensive and I'm not happy about all this, he walks away and tells me I'll get you a free drink but he never came back out. Never going back there again and a warning to anyone picking up a pizza from there the box may leak juices all over...

Worst service!! By the OWNER!!!

After placing my order, the lady I was speaking too snapped “that all?”. I said “yes that’s all thank you.” To which she again snapped “10 minute”, and immediately hung up on me.

When I went to pick up my pizza, I walked in and she yelled “you half, half?” I said “I ordered a half, half pizza.” She again yelled “not ready”!

I asked if she was new or if she was the new owner to which she yelled. “We own for 7 years! Guy not come in today. Too hot for him. I don’t want to work today either. Too hot! But I have too!”

I assume she was referring to the polite young man who is usually working taking orders and answering the phone. How he has worked for her for years I do not know.

Rudest business owner I have ever encountered.

We will NEVER buy from Pizza...

Only a four minute walk from my home, I order from this place pretty much once a week on Thursday/Friday. It's become a household tradition! Staff is very friendly and if you're a regular customer there's a good chance they'll remember your name. Good pizza deals, and they also have a variety of alternative foods like calzones, pastas, and even chicken wings. Very in depth with customization options. A group of my friends once came in and ordered a nacho pizza, which is on their menu, but they provided them with the limited edition green Guardians of the Galaxy Doritos and asked if they'd do it, and they happily agreed. I recommend my personal favorite, the BBQ Meateater. They have capsicum, which I find odd, but you can just ask for it without it if you don't like that...
