We needed some advice on the well established bamboo at a house we moved into last year. I called in at Red Cloud and the guy was very helpful. And they offered to call in at our place to do a more detailed investigation of the problems. Peter called by a couple of days later, was really knowledgeable and could identify what the problems were. He also gave us good advice on regular maintenance of the bamboo and was able to recommend skilled people who could do some major work on the bamboo. Thanks Peter for sending out Colin and Dale to assess my Gold Stripe bamboo supplied and planted by a different company. My $4000 investment of 26 tall bamboo plants appeared to be dying. 5 months of calling and messaging the supplier and requesting a visit was met with blaming me for not watering enough and just ‘wait and see’. Red Cloud Bamboo educated me on site about the plants, showed me some growth that is happening, and felt that the trees might be salvageable.
