I’ve ordered from Victoria Spices a few times and I can honestly say I am amazed with the amazing quality and pricing of the spices I have ordered, affordable and the genuine taste to stimulate your senses when I tried the chicken mix, chicken marinate and lemon pepper steak for my BBQ’s at home. There was a time when I needed a return for a fresh batch of chicken mix as there wasn’t a fresh batch that arrived after ordering online, but the agent who handled my enquiry over the phone was empathetic and professional seeing to it that I was handled with care, I was offered a fresh new stack to replace the batch I ordered and I received that package over the next 48 business hours as was promised by the agent. 11/10 would recommend this service again as they are a dime out of a dozen and really know what I need when I asked them for suggestions...

This company is a SCAM. 12 May 2025, I ordered Ginger granules, believing they were grown, dried, packed and shipped in Victoria from their advertising.

The packages arrived clearly marked Country of Origin China. The product is nothing more than dried outers of ginger plant. It is not suitable for cooking in stir frys nor does it soften on soaking.

I immediately notified the company to request return of product. No response after 2 weeks. Then a 'survey request' from them on the quality of the company, service and product arrived to which I responded I had no reply to my original complaint on the quality of product received. No further response 2 weeks later.

Id like to thank you for introducing me to new variety's of delicious mixes. I didn't know that food could bring such joy to life. Gone are the days of struggling to remove stains from my fingers due to cheap food coloring. For years i wondered why my stomach couldn't handle sweet paprika, let alone the 21 other spices, It was due to all the chemicals and additives in most other spices out there.
