I would like to be able to give Rescue me 5 stars as the first time I had the squid about a year ago it was the best I have had. This last time it was way too salty. I went up to ask if they could replace the order with an unsalted one, but they said it is pre seasoned and only offered to sell me another order. There was also added salt, but even with the batter removed it was very salty. Dissapointed. I hope you can correct whatever happened to the garlic squid. Something has definietly changed. Greek Salad was also very basic for the price.

Overrated and overpriced! Heaps of pale salty chips (although I requested crunchy chips at 2 occasions) and only small portions of fish. The snapper was so tough it was almost inedible. Certainly not worth the long wait and the price especially as they are not providing enough tables and chairs to have a chance to sit down while waiting and eating. I couldn’t be bothered to return the snapper as I thought they wouldn’t have cared anyway given the general attitude of the staff. Not going back anymore after 2 attempts mainly because of the nice location. Bring your own food and sit down on the provided public tables and benches or your own...

So glad we found these guys on the way home tonight. Barra and chips were crispy, tasty and filling for old mate and my Laksa Barra wings were one of the best fish dishes I’ve eaten - 3 succulent, meaty wings sitting atop (mild) laksa curry soaked chips. Pricing very reasonable for what else is on offer around town. Friendly helpful staff added to the deal....
